Eat Your Way to Clearer Skin

 Here’s an example of our 3-course meal you certainly won’t feel guilty about.

Starter –  Rainbow Salad

A refreshing blend of avocado (stimulates the production of collagen, great source of vitamin C and E which boosts skin luminosity), beetroot (high in vitamin A, E, calcium, potassium, sodium AND magnesium), yellow peppers, tomatoes (containing vitamin C which keeps skin firm), salad leaves with a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds (high in vitamin E, zinc and omega 3).

Main – Seafood Casserole

Mixed fish (high in protein), brown rice (helps regulate sugar levels, contains antioxidants and a rich source of vitamin B), cooked in lots of garlic (kills off harmful bacteria which can cause acne and other skin infections) and served with steamed broccoli and kale (containing antioxidants like vitamin A, B, C, E and K as well as omega 3 to aid in the healing properties of the skin.)


Dessert  – Dark Chocolate Fondue with Mixed Fruit

Melted 85% dark chocolate (rich in fiber and loaded with minerals) with skewered red grapes (natural antioxidants to treat inflammatory skin conditions and natural antihistamine for allergies) and dark berries (containing skin clearing antioxidants).

Drink – Cool Cucumber/Watermelon Water

Iced water (flush out toxins) with strips of either cucumber or watermelon to give it a sweeter taste.
